app.getlucie.ai (the "Application") provides AI-powered scheduling and integration features, including integration with Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API. This allows users to manage events, such as creating, updating, and reading calendar events. The Application is designed to facilitate scheduling and integration services. You may only use the Application for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Application uses the Google Calendar API with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope to view and edit events on your calendars. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Google API Terms of Service and any applicable Google policies. Our use of data from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the Application are owned by RHISE AI Technologies, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application without express permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RHISE AI Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, if any.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising from these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Latest update" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If changes require new consent, we will notify you accordingly.
